What We're Looking For

Successful candidates typically possess:

  • Experience in social services, community programs, resident services, housing, or a related field
  • Cultural competency and experience working with diverse communities
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Experience connecting individuals and families to community resources and support services
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
  • A passion for community empowerment and resident engagement
  • A commitment to Mutual Housing California's mission and values

Experience working in affordable housing or property-based resident services is a plus.
